Program-Specific Terms

For users enrolled in our Job Placement Guarantee Program, please be aware of the following Program-specific terms and guidelines:

• You need to let the trainer know at least 5 hours in advance if you miss any sessions. Failure to inform in advance will result in no repeated sessions in the future.
• The payment made to the company for this course is not refundable, including the booking amount.
• Once you book a date or confirm a date with your trainer, modifications or changes are not permitted.
• Our company specializes in providing training solutions.
• This service is dual mode online and offline, and training will occur through the chosen medium.
• You may miss a session only once during your membership. You can attend a session a maximum of two times, and no more. No repeated sessions will be provided after that.
• Failure to complete assignments on time may result in a one-month suspension of your membership. You can restart your membership after completing the assignments.
• The service will start only after the complete reception of payment.
• No extension in tenure will be given under any circumstances.
• Students must follow all Student guidelines as mentioned below, failing which students will not be eligible for any learnings.
• An exclusive Telegram channel will be provided for all students to get job alerts, and you can apply for all those jobs suitable for you. Keep the contact person updated on all applications sent by you.
• If you don’t follow the company’s policy and break any of the rules, the company has all the rights to suspend your service with email notification at any time.
• Any malpractice or misbehavior with any of the company staff or management gives the company the right to take legal action against you.
• Urbanaie AI Innovations may levy suitable penalties or fines on students, including the cancellation of registration, for violation of the above guidelines.
• Students need to send reports on a weekly basis regarding what the instructor told. If you miss 2 weeks or 10 working days, we don’t take any responsibility for interviews/jobs.
• You must be active in the group/channel to which we are adding you. Once you receive information about job opportunities, immediately apply for them (we are tracking each individual for 2-3 weeks). Failure to do so may result in removal from the respective group/channel.
• Must and should update each activity after activating the subscription; it will help the consultancy guide you accurately in clearing interviews at the earliest.
• Must and should follow all instructions without fail to avail better service.
• If you fail in the first 5 interviews, you should contact the reporting instructor so that Urbanaie AI Innovations can take special care and help you prepare and clear further interviews.
• Make sure to visit this page regularly to see all the updates and changes made in terms and conditions. Any changes made will be notified through your registered email ID.
• Until your tenure expires, you can avail as many interviews as you want from the services.
• The fees/subscription is not transferable to anyone.
• The company will use your reviews/images in text and video graphic format to advertise periodically for the company.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Urbanaie. If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of Chennai, Tamil Nadu India and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
